In French, suffire is a verb which is written in the infinitive with a final 'e' : suffire.
For example, in the expression "ça devrait suffire", the verb suffire is in the infinitive. It is therefore necessary to write:
Ça devrait suffire. <=> That should be enough.
Cela devrait suffire. <=> That should be enough.
Ça peut suffire. <=> It may be enough.
