In web Analytics, visitors can reach a page from many sources :
- Direct: visitor typed the URL directly, or clicked from bookmarks, email or document internal link;
- Referral: visitor clicked on a link from other website;
- Organic: link has been displayed in the results of a search engine;
- Social: visitor clicked on a link from a social network.
