On a Ducky Shine 7 RGB, how to switch back light mode?

On Ducky One mechanical keyboard, the Fn + F10 key combination toggle between the following lighting modes:

  • Mode 1: Wave mode (default)
  • Mode 2: Alpha mode
  • Mode 3: Tetris mode
  • Mode 4: Color cycle mode
  • Mode 5: Rain drop mode
  • Mode 6: Circle ripple mode
  • Mode 7: Random reactive mode
  • Mode 8: Aurora mode
  • Mode 9: Reactive mode
  • Mode 10: Breathe mode
  • Mode 11: 100% full backlit mode
  • Mode 12: Backlit off


The modes 8, 9 10 and 11 can be customized with the following:

  • Fn + F5 adjust color red brightness (10 levels)
  • Fn + F6 adjust color green brightness (10 levels)
  • Fn + F7 adjust color blue brightness (10 levels)
  • Fn + F8 erase red, green and blue settings
  •  Fn + Spacebar (color palette) activate color palette to display various colors, press on the desire color, all the keys will automatically change to match.


Hold Fn + F10 for 3 seconds to turn off all backlit (including CM1 and CM2)


Fn + ← and Fn + → respectively decrease and increase speed.
